The Delta Beta Buddy Program is a great opportunity to build close relationships with other BAP members, enrich your experience, and enable candidates to learn from their respective mentors who have already secured internships and full-time offers! The mentor-mentee dynamic is a wonderful way for mentors to share their experiences and help their mentees with recruiting while creating a life-long bond. For those who are just stepping foot into the business world, having the guidance of a mentor can be extremely helpful and reassuring.

Speaker meetings are a great opportunity to network with professionals and learn more about the day-to-day tasks in public accounting firms or technology companies. Accounting Speaker Meetings invite recruiters, associates, managers, and partners from firms ranging from the big four - Deloitte, EY, PWC, KPMG - to local. ISDS Speaker Meetings connect students with CSUF alumni from technology companies, including Google and Apple. Speaker meetings tend to fall on Tuesdays between 12:00pm to 2:00pm and Wednesdays between 5:00pm to 7:00pm, but dates and times can vary.

Practice and improve your interviewing skills in a realistic setting with face-to-face online interviews led by professionals. These simulations will help you identify your strengths and weaknesses and prepare you for the current interview process, which now includes virtual communication through a microphone and webcam. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to network with the professionals you meet. Note that the participating companies may change until the day of the event.
